My garbage was not picked up. What should I do?
Confirm that your bill has been paid or that it was set out at the proper time (ALWAYS THE NIGHT BEFORE BY 7PM) If so, contact our office at 512-321-2255 or send us an email through our "contact" page on our website so we can make arrangements to ensure that your garbage is picked up as soon as possible.
How do I temporarily suspend or cancel my service?

What if my pick up day falls on a holiday?
The only holidays that the office will take off are Christmas and New Years. If we need to make any changes to the route schedule, we will place a paper schedule on your garbage containers the week prior to Christmas or New year's week. If you do not receive something the schedule will not change. WHEN IN DOUBT JUST ALWAYS PLACE YOUR CONATINER OUT! worst case scenario we will be delayed a few hours, but you will still be picked up on that day.
